Ultra-precision machining is extremely important in products manufacturing, and the imbalance of spindle rotation system on ultra-precision machine tool influences the precision and quality of products in a large extent. In order to improve the precision and reduce dynamic imbalance of rotor system, the thesis focuses on researching test technology about imbalance, key issues such as the balancing test in the vibration signal extraction, accurate calculation of imbalance etc., in-depth theoretical research and systems analysis.Through the theoretical analysis to imbalance of Rigid rotor, Depthly study related algorithms including influence coefficient method and algorithms based on DFT to extract the amplitude and phase of imbalance. According to the actual situation of the project, it is to design the general scheme of balancing test system and demonstrate the feasibility of the experimental scheme.From the perspective of hardware design, precise signal extraction to rotor vibration and conversion about digital to analog signal is the focus of the study design,of Which technologies of designing loop frequency of locked phase, tracking filter, amplifying charge and other issues.After processing the initial signal,it achieves the strict design requirements.From the perspective of software design, C8051F005 chip is the core of system. DFT algorithms is used in a fast calculation of rotor vibration amplitude and phase,and using digital filter to ensure the accuracy of related datas. Adding weight on a dual plane based on influence coefficient method,it is to solve the amount of rotor imbalance and the imbalance information is sent to the host computer for display and further processing through the serial port communication.According to the actual situation, because Proteus has the use of abundant resources, compatibility, easy debugging and other prominent characteristics,the complete circuit of test systems has been run a simulation experiment,of which results show that it is operating normally, its design meets the requirements.In summary, on the basis of understanding and knowledge of domestic and foreign balancing test system and developed theories and methods, this paper designs a new balancing test system having some features including cost-effective, simple structure, easy to operate etc. Through experiments it proved that the design of the system is feasible, it will have great value in practical applications after further improvement.
