As the important hub in the power system,the turbine generator rotor can directly affect the entire power system.Therefore,the generator rotor must be in the field test station for full speed(0-3300r/min)dynamic balance experiment.Due to the complicated structure of the generator rotor,the vibration changes obviously at different speeds,and the vibration direction also changes.The traditional two-channel dynamic balance test system can not meet the balance requirements.Aiming at the dynamic balance of turbine generator rotor,a multi-channel vibration signal acquisition measurement method is proposed,and a flexible rotor high-speed dynamic balance test system is developed.The main research is as follows:1.The structure of the steam turbine generator is introduced.The main structure of the turbo generator and the working characteristics of each sub-component are analyzed.The obvious vibration problems of the rotor under low speed and high speed are analyzed,and a solution is proposed.The overall structural design of the test system is carried out,and the composition of the test system is established,which is mainly divided into two parts:the upper machine and the lower machine.2.The hardware circuit part of the lower computer mainly realizes the accurate picking and signal processing of the vibration signal,and studies the amplification filtering technology,phase-locked frequency multiplication technology and tracking filtering technology,which solves the amplification and filtering processing of the signal under complicated environmental conditions.Data conversion problem.3.The software of the upper computer mainly studies the collected data,including the preparation of the dynamic balance cross-correlation algorithm,the realization of the sweep analysis function,the calibration module of the influence coefficient method,the multi-channel data selection and data processing,and the unbalanced amount.The value is calculated with the phase angle and the test data is stored in a database.4.The relevant experiments of the test system and the analysis of the experimental data were carried out.The test system was tested and debugged as a whole,the accuracy was tested,and the improvement and perfection were carried out.Finally,the generator rotor was field tested.The experimental results show that the detection system has high precision and good stability,and it has great application value in the dynamic balance detection of the turbine generator rotor.
