In real life, central principal axis of inertia of the rotor will be more or less deviated from its rotation axis, so that when the rotor rotates, it will create an unbalanced centrifugal force, we call it rotor imbalance. The imbalance creates periodic vibration, result many hazards. Therefore, the research of the dynamic balancing technology has important academic and engineering value.At present, the dynamic balance technology of rotor research mainly focus on the balancing test, asymmetric/non-plane rotor balancing mode, balancing of rotors without test weights, self-balancing and other technical fields. In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the rotor dynamic balance, this paper take the balancing test as the research site, around the vibration signal extraction, the accurate calculation of unbalance and the other key issues in the balancing test, research the theory in-depth and begin the development of the system.The paper analysis and researches the rigid rotor balancing method: influence coefficient method and the extraction method of the rotor vibration amplitude and the phase basis the DFT. The actual situation of the project determines the design of the balancing test system, through the experiment, the project proves feasible.In the hardware, in order to carried out extraction and conversion of the rotor vibration signal accurately, design and use the charge amplifier technology, PLL frequency multiplier and tracking filtering, solved signal amplification, A/D conversion synchronization, signal tracking filter in the complex environment. Take Effective processing on the initial signal,make it meet the requirements of the conversion.The system take C8051F005 single chip to the core, DFT algorithm realizes the fast calculation of the rotor vibration amplitude and phase, and then, through the digital filter, to ensure the accuracy of the data. Using the increased influence coefficient method, realized the rotor unbalance information's final solution. Through serial communication, send the unbalance information to the host computer for display and follow-up treatment.In conclusion, the paper on the basis of analysis of rigid rotor balancing technology theory, learning and mastering the dynamic balance testing system of the domestic and international approaches and experience, designs a balancing test system which cost- effective, simple structure, easy to operate. Experimental results show that the system has high precision, better stability, has a certain practical value and market prospects.
