As the country’s economy growing, the development of the country almost all rely on support of electric power, the safe operation of power system has been related to the development of national economic security.In power system operation and control, economic dispatching occupies an important position in the research.Under the precondition of reliable power supply and power quality, in order to optimize the economy of power system, and make the system obtain enormous economic benefits.Therefore, the economic operation of power system research has great practical application value.From based on JADE platform for distributed and hybrid intelligent algorithm,we study power system economic dispatch problem.Article mentioned the basic crisscross optimization algorithm has good global search ability and convergence speed, and the improved differential evolution algorithm has a good local disturbance ability.The paper combined the two algorithm and form the hybrid intelligent algorithm.Hybrid algorithm combines the basic crisscross optimization algorithm of strong global search ability and the improved differential evolution algorithm of local disturbance variation ability.Through to fuse two algorithm, the hybrid algorithm has better global searching ability, and has good convergence rate at the same time.In order to demonstrate the superiority of hybrid algorithm in function optimization, the paper use the hybrid algorithm to solve five different economic scheduling model.By the simulation results show that the hybrid algorithm has good convergence properties and is suitable for solving all kinds of economic operation model, especially suitable for solving large-scale economic scheduling model.Algorithm has good stability and robustness, and has good practicability in practical engineering.Through the use of JADE platform distribution characteristics, papers establish the basic crisscross optimization algorithm based on JADE platform, is used to solve the traditional economic dispatch model.The multi-agent software framework based on JADE platform and artificial intelligence algorithm effectively together, form a complementary advantages and enhance the parallelism of the algorithm and the algorithm of intelligent.By the simulation results show that the crisscross optimization algorithm based on JADE platform can effectively reduce the running time of the algorithm, improve the operation efficiency of the algorithm.
