In recent years, the linear motor in the numerical control machine tool and other fields has been widely used. The direct drive mode of linear motor has the advantages of fast feed speed, high acceleration, high positioning accuracy and fast dynamic response. Linear motor control mode and the traditional rotating motor is the same, but due to the linear motor with end effect, the ripple effect and cogging thrust fluctuation, arising from the operation of the load force, and primary and secondary attraction and guide preloading and the introduction of friction will have influence on the accuracy, thus increasing difficulty in linear motor servo control. In order to improve the stability and precision of motor speed and position control, the bilateral permanent magnet linear motor as control object, based on TMS320F2812 DSP as the core of the drive and control system, has been constructed, which including the H bridge drive circuit, current detection circuit, position and speed detection circuit, including hardware system, in linear driving control system joined the S-shape acceleration and deceleration algorithm and incremental PID control algorithm, has higier precision position control of linear servo control system is developed. The experimental scheme is designed, and the control performance of the system is verified, and the accuracy of speed control and position control is higher..In this paper, the design of the bilateral permanent magnet DC linear motor drive control system mainly includes the following aspects:1.Hardware:including H bridge main circuit, DSP minimum system circuit, current detection circuit, speed and position detection circuit.2.Software part:the development of the motor driver control program based on the TMS320F2812DSP chip, the speed, current, position control of the linear motor. The main modules include:S-shaped acceleration and deceleration algorithm, current detection module, grating signal detection module, and incremental PID module.3.The closed loop control strategy:the difference between incremental PID control and position PID, choosing incremental PID as the current loop, speed loop and position loop closed loop control strategy; PI controller is adopted in the current loop and speed loop. The position loop with P control.4.Experimental schemes:XL80 laser interferometer Yileinishao company as the main measurement equipment, set up the experimental scheme. The maximum and minimum stable running speed of the platform is tested, and the operating speed of the system before and after the adjustment of the PID parameters is compared.. The positioning accuracy and the repeatability of the system are tested, and the accuracy of the adjustment of the PID parameters is compared..
