With the rapid development of China's economy,the buildings built by people are developing more and more to the top and even the super high level.With the matching of the buildings,the running speed of the elevators is also developing to high speed or even high speed.As one of the eight systems of elevator,door system is the most frequent action and the most contact part of the elevator.It plays a very important role in the whole elevator system.Since the earliest elevator has not been installed,it has gradually developed to the need for a full-time elevator driver to shut the door manually,and now it does not require a full-time staff to open the door automatically.After more than 100 years of development,the elevator door system has been developing towards a more intelligent direction.As a representative of every elevator manufacturer's advanced technology,the matching system of high speed elevator not only needs Internalization,but also requires door system to be safe,reliable,stable and efficient.Based on the demand analysis of the high-speed elevator market door system and the research and development technology of domestic and foreign door systems,this thesis proposes a high-end door system which can match the high speed ladder and even the super high speed ladder.The innovation point of this system is the design of dual control redundant design,namely a door controller,two permanent magnet synchronous motors and double door knife design.Two permanent magnet synchronous motors simultaneously accelerate and brake at the same time.When single motor failure occurs,the automatic switching mode is used to reduce the probability of failure of the door machine.The main work of this design is to put forward the requirements for the whole system,the design of the hardware design of the door system controller,the design of the hardware of the gate system controller,the PCB board drawing,the software writing,the communication protocol design of the operator,the selection of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,thedoor,the door,the door system,the design of the door knife,the layout,the installation,the test and the improvement of the whole machine.The hardware and software parts of the gate controller are introduced in detail.The hardware part includes the digital signal processing chip TMS320F2812 PGFA of TI company,the IPM module of the Mitsubishi Co,the input power rectifier,the input / output circuit,the collection and processing circuit of the encoder signal,the operator matching circuit and so on.The software part introduces several main parts,such as opening and closing speed control,motor orientation angle learning,door width self-learning,and partial communication.Through the whole door system research and development process,we will write the design and improvement of Super-Con permanent magnet frequency conversion door machine.Finally,the test results of the test center are given.It shows that the design scheme of the door system is reasonable and reliable,the running state is good,the running curve is beautiful,and it satisfies the design requirement input.Now the system has been completed the overall performance of the test center test,Part of the test door system has been installed in the whole elevator manufacturer's test tower,Pioneer door system has also installed and running in the XIZI UHC Buildings.After the matching test is completed,the product can be produced in large quantities.
