Sound barrier as one of the important measures for control the noise pollution of high speed railway, has been widely used in railway with sensitive buildin(?)ound on both sides. However, due to the sound barrier was long-te(?).xtected by the pulsating wind pressure which caused by high-speed train running, the sound barrier is prone to deformation, overturning accident, even become a threat to the high-speed railway. With the construction of the sound barrier in the key role of high-speed railway construction, maintenance of sound barrier security has become the important premise to protect the safety of people and improve the quality of life of residents along the railway. At present, the sound barrier only rely on artificial periodic inspection, do not have the online fault monitoring and real-time alarm function. Therefore, it is necessary to build a fault monitoring system for sound barriers, and can implement intelligent monitoring based on the system.In this paper, according to the practical requirements of fault monitoring of noise barrier, and puts forward the deformation monitoring information system of high-speed railway combined BOTDR technology and geographic information technology. This system as the remote monitoring software in the whole sound barrier monitoring project, realize the registration of optical fiber position information and the sound barrier location information, the visualization of the monitoring results of BOTDR, and the remote control on BOTDR. The system is implemented using C#, the main function modules include file management, monitoring data management, parameter settings of the instrument, monitoring curve display, remote control of the instrument and so on. Database using MySQL Server 5.5 to store data, and designs the tables such as fiber segment information table, monitoring stress information table, acquisition card parameters table, microwave source parameters table and so on. Through the information system maintenance personnel can intuitively understand the safety status of the sound barrier, finally provides the guarantee for the maintenance of sound barriers, and it is of great significance for the reduce of maintenance cost.
