Abstract/Summary:
China is in a period of rapid development of motorization, planning and design of city traffic is more inclined to vehicle, while ignoring the development of slow traffic, and this triggered a series of traffic problems like the traffic congestion, traffic accidents and so on.It has become an important content of creating ecological and livable city to create a harmonious and comfortable slow environment, with the propose of people-oriented and harmonious society and low carbon society. Therefore, when accelerating the pace of development in motor vehicle traffic, we can not neglect the slow traffic research. The paper analyzes and summarizes the travel distance, travel time and traveler age distribution of the pedestrian and bicycle traffic, based on the research of the traditional road network layout method, according to the characteristics of slow traffic, improves the layout method of the node importance, and the layout of the slow traffic road network of the core city in Mianyang is carried out by using this method. And the uncertainty factor is introduced into the traditional road network optimization model, and through concrete case analysis, proves that the more the uncertainty factor is considered, the better the road network optimization strategy. Finally, on the basis of the existing design methods of slow traffic facilities in our country, optimize s setting method of the road crosswalk pitch, improves theoretical algorithm of setting condition of road interchange crossing facilities, optimizes the channelization facilities of bicycle intersection at the same time, and puts forward optimization measures for partial slow transportation facilities in Mianyang.
