The bearing capacity of corroded concrete problem has always been a research hot spot. At present, the methods of numerical calculation and taking the bearing capacity test after simulating the rapid corrosion were taken to study the corroded concrete, the localization accordance of the formula with the income and the actual engineering in service is not clear. This paper was based on the corpus of the research of the pile foundation inspection and typical component strength degradation law of the piled wharf, which is the project of the four navigation engineering institute, Combined with the testing data, the three methods of the statistical analysis, physical experiment and numerical simulation will be united to study the rule of the capacity of the beam plate piled wharf harbor in service.First of all, the degradation rule of corroded reinforced concrete performance was obtained by carrying out a statistical analysis of testing data of the beam plate piled wharf in harbor, including the time varying law of concrete strength, the time varying regularity of the rate of the rebar corrosion in the atmospheric zone and the chance of the concentration of the surface chloride ion with the time and so on.Next, to select the old beam slab structure which was intended to dismantle, the damage information of the dismantled components was obtained by on-site testing. After building was dismantled, the prototype artifacts were carried back to lab for test capacity.Then, considering the basis of the section loss over the time, the yield strength after the reinforcement corrosion was taken to calculate the bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete members. It is concluded that the strength degradation law of reinforced concrete members in service. The test value of the ultimate bearing capacity of the three specimens was compared with the calculated value of the formula, which proved it is reliable to adopt this method to calculate the bearing capacity of existing reinforced concrete membersLast, the ultimate bearing capacity of the three components was calculated by finite element software ABAQUS simulation software, in which the parameters of the model are the in-situ measured data. The experimental results and the formula results were compared with the calculated results respectively, which verified that the experiment and the methods put forward to calculate of the bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete members in service are feasible. The formula of the terminal detection and evaluation has certain applicability.
