In the design of the reference period,the port of reinforced concrete structures in the natural environment and loads,reinforced concrete material strength degradation over time,leading to decay resistance force members over time,eventually leading to a gradual degradation of the carrying capacity of the wharf structure. Reliability theory is based on the port project structure, the role of the distribution parameters of load effects on harbor engineering structures for statistical analysis, reliability analysis carried out for the following preparation.Then, with an engineering example, the use of finite element software ANSYS overhead pier wharf berthing pier for static calculation, respectively, the ship mooring force, ship impact force, the force of the water leading variable effect on various combinations working conditions each by moment, shear, axial force action force members were analyzed.Finally, the theory of structural reliability, the establishment of port engineering ultimate limit equation, according to JC law iterative process for each major force component at each period of time using the representative structure becomes a reliable indicator solved by programming and analysis.
