With the rapid development of the national economy,large bridge plays an important role in the transportation network. In recent years,bridge bear the heavy traffic increasingly,so people pay more and more attention on the security state of bridge structure. With the span of the bridge increasing and the more and more complicated construction process,It has important significance for real-time monitoring of the operating environment conditions and structural health state. Bridge health monitoring system can effectively extract the bridge response information,so researchers pay more and more attention on bridge health monitoring system.The simulation analysis and design of bridge health monitoring system is mainly focused on the analysis of the operation stage mechanical properties, lack of research on the mechanical properties of the deformation process. But many bridges accident in the construction phase indicate that bridge has produced some diseases in the construction process of bridge. The process of the design of bridge health monitoring system must be combined with the construction simulation analysis. In this paper, based on the Jiangjin Yangtze River bridge,build up space finite element model of Jiangjin Bridge by the method of finite element simulation.According to the construction process and the operation load,Simulation analysis of construction process and the operational phase of the bridge. Design a set of health monitoring system combine with the bridge test report in recent years. Assess the health state of the bridge by analysis monitoring data. the finite element simulation study the spatial finite element method to establish the model of the Jiangjin bridge, according to the construction process, the operation load,respectively,on the construction process and the operational phase of the bridge are simulated and analyzed, the test report in recent years with the bridge,a health monitoring system and application in the design of the bridge. Through analysis of monitoring data,to assess the health state of the bridge.The main research contents are as follows: ①Review the current research on bridge health monitoring system in recent years, describes the research purpose and main contents of the paper. ②Firstly introduces the basic component of bridge health monitoring system, Classification the main contents of the bridge structure monitoring and commonly used sensor. Summarizes several bridge monitoring content combined with several commonly used bridge force characteristics. ③Using MIDAS software to analysis the mechanical properties of Jiangjin Yangtze River bridge in the stage of construction and operation. To determine the arrangement of several static sensor on the basis of these analysis. Modal analysis the Jiangjin Yangtze River bridge by using the ANSYS software,on this basis to determine the layout scheme of dynamic acceleration sensor. ④According to the above analysis result,design a bridge health monitoring system combine with the disease of the Jiangjin bridge in recent years. Evaluate the bridge health status through the analysis of monitoring data.
