In order to demonstrate its crack resistance, In this paper, the experimental study was carried out, as well as finite element calculation and the theoretical analysis, the main work is as follows:â‘ According to the mechanism of fracture mechanics crack resistance, having designed produced four test specimen of RSPC for three parameters and the control group. Specimens were cyclically loaded. The experimental results show that crack resistance of RSPC is improved greatly.â‘¡According to the actual size of the specimen model was established by using the finite element software ABAQUS. The constitutive relation of concrete is simulated by the plastic damage model, effect of bond between steel plate and concrete is simulated by cohesive unit. The calculation results agree well with the experimental results, Then using the finite element software to establish a larger model And get the same result with the test, it shows this structure has practical application value.â‘¢The principle of crack resistance of RSPC is derived by the test results. Through the derivation of the ultimate tensile strain and the cracking moment, having gotten simplified RSPC tensile stress strain curve, and influence factors of crack resistance of RSPC have been gotten. Finally, puts forward the calculation method of stiffness RSPC. |
