With the development of rural and urban rail transit system in our country, the close extent of rail transit and residents increases with each passing day, the environment pollution which rail transportation system brings is also gradually restricts the development of rail transit system, so how to reduce the vibration and noise into a minimum, avoid becoming the external pollution, is one of the important factors in the construction of traffic track. Therefore, the rail fastener, as one rail transportation system, plays an important role in damping noise, it is very necessary to research the rules of its development and design method.The number of patent rail fastener were used for statistical analysis, the growth curve fitting method by polynomial and logic, get the growth curve of rail fastener patent number. Combining with the correlation theory of evolution of TRIZ technology evolution of S curves and the number of patent, further study of the fitting function through analysis, the research obtains the different turning points the development stage of the technology system of rail fastener, concluded that the technology system of rail fastener is in the technology development of growth period, and get the fastener patent quantity growth saturation point.Through further analysis on patent content, the design attribute of rail fastener can be get, screening engineering parameters of the principle of contradiction which is related to the design attribute, the association table of design attributes and engineering parameters is established, and the specific use of TRIZ the principle of contradiction can be caught out, and the method was used to optimize the design of the anchorage connection piece.
