| With the growth of economy, the development of our society and the continuous operation of high-speed railway backbones named the four vertical and four horizontal, high-speed railways gradually come into public view and influence our travel choice. To improve the quality of service and increase the punctuality, the train operation plan should have a certain dynamic performance, in case of the delay of trains.First, the significance and status of research and the main contents are expounded concerning dynamic performance of railway operation plan.Next, through analysis of train operation plan and dynamic performance, the study is not only a necessary for transportation production, but also an objective requirement of the passengers.Then, after the subjective and objective factors affecting dynamic performance are analyzed, its seven evaluation indexes are introduced. To distinguish important degree of each index, grey judgment matrix is structured by use of the gray multi-level method, which contrasts one index with another.After that, the simulation system of train operation plan about dynamic performance, which has the function of login, interference simulation, adjustment setting, operation simulation and computation index, is established by means of VB 2010. It can evaluate its dynamic performance through the simulation of its mplement process.Finally, Cheng-Mian-Le inter-city railway is selected as an example. After the mathematic relationship between indexes and interference probability and interval are analyzed respectively, they are calculated under the certain interference. Through decisions of five experts, the importance of indexes is determined. Delayed recovery degree and utilization rate of buffer time are the most important. |
