| Wheel is one of the vital of bearing member about locomotive, its consequence is disastrous. The structural strength of new wheel bogie locomotives need to be evaluated with the standard of BS EN 13979-1 or UIC510-5, the traditional wheel structural strength analysis methods can not achieve results visualization. In this paper, the results of direct from ANSYS RST stored in binary file, analysis of the structural strength required to extract the data of wheel can significantly improve the efficiency of the wheel analysis, and achieve standardization of analytical method and processe, has important practical significance.With the upgrade version of ANSYS RST files stored with binary format, its format is different, this article is the wheel of fatigue strength analysis based on the version of ANSYS 12.0-15.0. Using FORTRAN and OpenMP programming technique to extract the information of nodes and elements and the direction of stress quickly. Based on user-defined the web holes and non-hole of area vehicle wheel information to determine the need of nodes in the direction of the stress for further processing of wheel structural strength analysis.Based on the theory of elasticity, using the direction of the stress to calculate principal stress and the main direction of the principal stress, according to the UIC51O-5 standard conversion the multiaxial stress to uniaxial stress, calculating the resulting data about the maximum stress, minimum stress, mean stress, stress amplitude. Evaluated the web area of the non-hole vehicle wheel based on Goodman curve about Haigh style; Crossland criteria and Dang Van criterion are used to process and analysis the node of hole edge; Evaluation of the static strength of the wheel structure according to von Mises stress,obtain safety factor identifies of the node fatigue strength and static strength reserves; Maximum stress, minimum stress, mean stress, stress amplitude, the safety factor wheel web area fatigue and static strength analysis data analysis are written in ANSYS RST file format,using ANSYS postprocessor can view the cloud map of the results data.The hybrid programming of C# and FORTRAN are used to achieve the interactive interface about fatigue analysis of wheel, to achieve based on C#.NET of ANSYS secondary development by integrating C#.NET and APDL language, to achieve the well function on interactive features.In this paper, the mixed programming technology of FORTRAN, OpenMP and C#.NET, realized the structural strength assessment of based on the wheel ANSYS RST file and results visualization. Has the high practical value. |
