The subject of the thesis mainly stems from scientific and technological development and application of axle counter equipment. The paper aims to improve the composition of existing axle counter equipment, overcome the defects, and promote its application on the basis of new technology, crafts and methods of axle counter。The first chapter of the thesis mainly discusses the research significance and necessity of the system, as well as the research status of domestic and foreign relevant technology. It also introduces the basic methods and mechanism, primary advantages and disadvantages, and technology of achieving the single section block. In addition, through discussing the problems of defective shunting and red light strip in track circuits, the thesis describes the ideas of surface grinding and spraying,3V or high voltage pulse, and track circuits with multiple features, aiming to improve operating environment, reduce wheel-rail impedance or penetrate conducting layers with impulses. On top of this, the thesis elaborates the development trend of red light strip as the solution for defective shunt in axle counter equipment, as well as relevant merits and demerits. Last but not least, the paper conducts specific solutions and analysis in the practical applications based on the domestically produced axle counter equipment of JZ1-H。The second chapter of the thesis describes the technical conditions as well as the basic working principles of the system. The axle counting system is mainly based on the statistical principles of axle. Through the track sensors installed on the both ends of rails, they record and check the number of axle of passing trains, and conduct arithmetic comparing the occupation status of axle track sections。The third chapter of the thesis analyzes and provides solutions for relevant problems in the promotion and application of axle counter equipment. Firstly, in order to ensure timely fault repair and and accurate analysis of related problems, upgrading and reconstruction for axle monitoring are conducted, including the composition, contents and interfaces of monitoring. Secondly, to solve the problem of interference transmission lines, modification schemes and technological requirements of optical fiber in transmission channels are formulated。The forth chapter of the paper mainly introduces blocking project of axles concerning the construction technology standards. Technology standards and requirements such as relevant issues and problems concerning construction process, cable qualities, and construction qualities are clarified so as to facilitate the usage, debugging and maintenance of system equipment. Moreover, the paper conducts analysis of construction technical standards, standardize construction, remove unreliable factors caused by construction problems in order to provide strong guarantee for the promotion and application of axle counter equipment。...
