With the implementation of railway high-speed and heavy haul strategy,higher requirements are put forward for the quality of freight cars.As the key component of railway freight cars,the maintenance process of axle is one of the key links affecting the quality of freight cars.The existing axle maintenance system is developed earlier,mainly relying on manual input,which can not meet the actual needs of axle maintenance process digitization,information collection automation,data sharing and application integration.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the design and implementation of railway freight car axle digital maintenance system combined with the development of axle maintenance and the status quo of related technologies at home and abroad.This paper aims to realize the process management of wheel and axle maintenance based on informatization,studies and designs the architecture and function design of railway freight car wheel and axle digital maintenance system.Through the research of QR code,Internet of things,R & D framework,mobile application technology and so on,the railway freight car wheel and axle digital maintenance system of "web + Mobile Application" is developed,which provides the electronic flow of maintenance information Automatic process control,progress monitoring,wheelset storage management,axle automatic matching expenditure,quality closed-loop control and other functions.The main tasks are as follows(1)Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the development status of freight car maintenance system,the related technologies of QR code,Internet of things,R & D framework and mobile application are studied.Combined with the carding of freight car axle maintenance business process,the system requirements analysis is completed.(2)The research puts forward the technical scheme of freight car axle digital maintenance system,including the overall architecture,functional architecture,technical architecture,functional architecture,data architecture,etc.(3)The system functions are realized by using the front and rear separation mode of springboot + Vue.The realization of the maintenance process,quality management,production planning,comprehensive management and other modules of the axle maintenance system is described.The research results of this paper have achieved good application effect in practice,improved the quality and efficiency of axle maintenance,and promoted the optimization and innovation of maintenance business process,which has very important practical significance.
