Railway safety and track occupancy inspection equipment is very important.It is used for detecting a railway section is vehicle occupancy,to avoid the occurrence of train rear end accidents,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the safety of railway operation.Especially since the station within the railway line and the railway traffic safety has become increasingly important.In this thesis,the overall structure of special axle sensor system analysis combined with Lanzhou Petrochemical Company owned station within the line of axle distribution research,mainly on the basis of the principle is to prevent the traffic safety hazard to send and receive information on track circuit errors,and compliance from the railway operation regulations fail safe principle as the basis for the design.In the thesis,it based on the overall computer interlocking,starting from the actual situation of the factory,through consultation with the microcomputer interlocking and axle system manufacturers,the final design for the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company owned station axis counting system is unique,and the serial communication in Computer Interlocking System in the computer interlocking system with reasonable docking axis system,completed the axle counting system to achieve better application from the outdoor part to the indoor part,the microcomputer interlocking design and use of axle counting equipment,basically solved the Lanzhou Petrochemical station owned part of the track circuit due to long-term acid alkali corrosion and humidity lead rail surface resistance increases high resistance and led to a series of traffic safety problems.The difference and contrast axis counting system and the original track circuit,and find out the advantages of axle counting system is efficient,safe and reliable,and applies it to the practice to minimize security risks caused by track circuit fault.
