As the railway gradually developed to the direction of high speed and overload force, railway transportation, also is a new era. Transport vehicle speed and vehicle weight increasing and increasing, puts forward higher requirements on railway transport system, the traditional wheel/rail system faces new test, including the interaction between the wheel/rail enhancement, vehicle, the vibration of the rail system,these will be on the train running safety, comfort produce very big effect. Wheel/rail force is to judge railway vehicle running safety and stability of the important parameters, so the accurate measurement of wheel/rail forces is a very important topic.At present the most direct measurement method is the most accurate wheel/rail force wheel load on research methods, but the wheel load of research method is only suitable for low frequency measurement of wheel/rail force, because according to the modal vibration theory, when the wheels by some high frequency vibration force, can produce mode resonance, produce very big interference bridge road, the output of the wheel. UIC518 standard uses a cut-off frequency of 20 Hz low pass filter, low pass filtering filter out high frequency signal, so that it can’t measure in more than 20 Hz frequency signal. This paper adopts the design frequency domain correction filter to replace the low pass filter, frequency domain correction filter can be achieved on resonant mode interference correction, make the system output of strain and the wheel/rail force input linear, so that it can expand wheel load on the measurement range, make the wheel load of research method can also be used for high frequency wheel/rail force measurement.Content arrangement, this article first carries on the literature review, comparative research methods at home and abroad, put forward in this paper, the research methods. Finite element modeling was carried out on the wheel, wheel free modal calculation, calculation of wheel resonance frequency and modal vibration mode; Impose amplitude on wheels for 10 kN respectively,0-2000 Hz frequency range for the vertical force and horizontal force, calculate the wheel under the action of horizontal and vertical forces of strain response curves, the vertical and lateral strain response output were analyzed, and the analysis of the impact of resonance frequency, according to the vertical and lateral strain response output curve of vertical and horizontal frequency domain correction filter design. And the filter order number on the filter accuracy was studied, the influence of the selection according to the accuracy requirement to design filter order number, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is validated with simulation data.
