| With the higher requirements of machinery automation in the production process, cam connecting rod system is being used more and more widely. However, the design of complex cam connecting rod system has not formed a set of system, and the design process is more complicated. Therefore, this paper of cam connecting rod system based on digital model was designed and studied.1. Motion scheme analysis of cam connecting rod system. The design method of the system working cycle chart, characteristics of motion law of the system, and motion law curve selection principle were analyzed in this paper.2. Digital model study of cam connecting rod system. In this paper, establishment method of mathematical model of the system were discussed, finally completed the establishment of general formula of the cam contour curve, and analyzed the pressure angle of the system.3. Design of cam connecting rod CAD system. With VisualStudio2008 and SolidWorks2012 as the development tool and platform of cam connecting rod CAD system, this paper analyzed functional structure of the system, established the calculation flow chart of CAD system, and adopted for the Object-oriented development technology and the Secondary-development of SolidWorks2012, completed the design and development of the cam connecting rod CAD system. It included cam contour curve design, data analysis and cam solid modeling of the system.4. Dynamics study of cam connecting rod system. In this paper, the "mass -spring system" of cam connecting rod system was explained, in consideration of the effect factor of shaft deformation and its damping, the dynamics analysis of cam connecting rod system were analyzed on the same shaft, the dynamics model and equilibrium equation were established. And with the pushing device of chocolate packing machine as the instance model, this paper adopted for MATLAB/Simulink simulation software established the simulation model, obtained the simulation results, and achieved dynamics analysis of this system. |
