Firstly the paper introduced the importance of cam in various fields,And then expounded that CAD technology is playing a more and more important role in improving the efficiency of design and production.The necessity of developing CAD system of cam linkage mechanism is put forward after analyzing the problems existing in the CAD system of cam design at home and abroad.So the parametric design of cam linkage based on SolidWorks and the development of CAD system are studied.1.Mathematical model and motion analysis of cam connecting rod mechanism.In order to solve the problem of cam connecting rod mechanism,the paper puts forward the method of classification and sub module design.After programming modules for all types of organizations,the generalization of the solving program for all kinds of organizations can be realized.Finally the principle of selecting the motion curve of cam is analyzed and studied.2.Development of CAD system for cam connecting rod mechanism.Taking SolidWorks as the development platform,Visual Studio2012 as the development tool,VC++as the programming language,developed a CAD system for design the cam connecting rod.After selecting the appropriate parameterization method,the parametric modeling of cam parts is realized.3.The dynamic model of high speed cam connecting rod mechanism is studied,and the dynamic analysis is carried out.In this paper,the influence of the inertia impact of the high speed cam on the terminal accuracy is discussed.Based on the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the high speed cam driving part,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to control the vibration of the cam mechanism.
