With the help of Internet of Things technologies, such as satellites and base station location, RFID tag, intelligent recognition of image matching, low power consumption/miniaturization embedded chip control, SOC intelligent sensors and wireless networking, customers can customize service according to their own needs.They can fully grasp a series of information, the location of the goods, temperature, humidity, vibration, mobile, capsized, leak and so on. These applications technology has gradually infiltrated the cargo transportation services, and has been widely recognized.However, due to the lack of related Internet of things technology, the current railway freight can only provide a single transport information. It’s obviously at a disadvantage in the market competition of high value-added goods. Wagon safety regulation still use the Shifeng-lock management way,which have been unable to meet the higher safety requirements because of a few obvious shortcomings, such as single function,lagging response, low efficiency with artificial view, lackness of scientific basis for duty allocationetc, etc. For important goods,we must adopt a more advanced and more reliable security measures to improve the competitiveness of the railway freight. In this context, the construction of important goods safety regulation system using the advanced Internet of Things technology and the development of related electronic safety devices to realize the goods state perception becomes more urgent. By monitoring terminal real-time information collected, and the car number, freight invoice and definite system matching,it forms a complete wagon regulatory information.Then with the platform integration to railway freight transportation safety regulation system, the new system can realize three-level networking of corporation, railway and stations, and form a quick response, comprehensive functions of wagon safety regulation system. And wagon electronic anti-theft lock system, is one of the most important subsystem, is also one of the basis of function expansion and system integration in the future.This thesis analyzes the application requirements, system principle, data structure, and designs a wagon electronic anti-theft lock system based on GPS and three-state detection. The hardware part explains the structure,technical parameters and environmental adaptability of electronic anti-theft lock.The software part adopts hierarchical, modular design method, completes the whole function of the system by the management procedures, service procedures, configuration procedures cooperating with each other, and explains the function design and supervisor mode of the system platform in detail. |
