In recent years, physical networking technology and smart grid technologies are challenging issues, and networking technology based on physical condition-based maintenance of power equipment is a new topic.Things of the key technology and smart grid technology, and exist in all aspects of smart grid. Things from the perception layer, network layer, application layer, sensing layer is responsible for access to information, the network layer is responsible for information processing, the application layer is responsible for decisions based on the needs of grid approach.The state of things in the core application is the maintenance of the status monitoring levels. Condition monitoring of power equipment to get the information required, condition monitoring tasks and methods can be used then analyzed for major and secondary equipment and a device state detection circuit for a detailed study, and that should focus on operating environment for electrical equipment monitoring.Obtained through the Internet of Things technology reliable real-time online data, and for data and information analysis and development management and maintenance plan does not depend on the Internet of Things technology. Strategies for development of maintenance methods and processes are analyzed, and points out one of the methods and processes necessary, and the state of things in the role of maintenance has made the application evaluation. This chapter also provides networking technology based on object life cycle management of electrical equipment were introduced and the research and analysis of materials in which the role of networking technology.
