Urban development will encounter a glittering array of problems, and traffic problem is the most difficult problem to solve, so the bus transportation system has become a prior project. With the popularity of IC cards in various cities, sky rocketing people take bus by IC card which can effectively reduce the traffic pressure as well as the cost of public transportation system, improving the efficiency of public transport. At the same time, the IC card data can provide a new approach for urban public transport managers to acquire public transport passenger volume.This article firstly introduces the composition of the public transportation system as well as the usage of application and service condition. After analyzing the studying the IC card data, we can carry out the derivation of aboard site based on its features without GPS data. Aboard site clustering judgment is carried out based on credit card data processing which means to firstly match the transfer cards as well as common cards so as to know the site of parts of passengers. Based on this, we can determine the rest sites based on cluster distribution. Finally, by combining the IC card data of No.56 bus in Chengdu, we can test the effectiveness of checking algorithm.After determining the aboard site, we can know the getting down site based on trip chain as well as site attractiveness approach. The trip chain fully takes advantages of the relation between transfer site and its space location which can reason out the travel information for a whole day. The second approach refers to the research on trip distance, analyzing the getting down factors to know the influence of transfer ability, site attractiveness and land use nature on getting down possibility. Meanwhile, in the study of analyzing the land use nature surrounding the sites, time is added to comprehensively analyze the getting down sites. Finally, combining the actual research data of No.56 bus in Chengdu, this paper carries out algorithm verification.
