Nowadays, With the rapid development of urban infrastructure, The higher, larger buildings and deeper, wider underground facilities has been increasing day by day in cities. At the same time, the questions of breadth and difficulty of Foundation pit engineering has been developed gradually towards the state of greater and deeper. Most deep municipal facilities of foundation pit in cities are closely connected, even Some narrow excavation engineering site to the base must be adjacent to the basis of existing buildings. In order to eliminate the adverse effects of building construction on the walls caused by a moat heritage, regional section of the paper to the south gate of Xi’an comprehensive renovation project to enhance the engineering examples, the surface around the deep foundation settlement, settlement building tilted horizontal displacement of the pile, the pile deformation, lateral displacement of soil, soil pressure, the support shaft power, anchor tension, groundwater level monitoring, analysis support system and surrounding environment monitoring data, The results show that:the horizontal displacement of the pile o moat walls generally greater than the lower side of the adjacent side of the Tunnel, should strengthen the monitoring of project monitoring frequency moat near the subway; pit affected by the river and a large influence on the surrounding buildings, so choose Churning as a supporting pile was better, after jet grouting pile lap overall stiffness, and can form a sealing curtain, effectively prevent groundwater and river water infiltration into the pit.
