High-speed train running environment is complex and changeable because of the vast territory, so it can not play its best dynamic performance.The current typical ptimization method is adjusting the parameters of the suspension system of high-speed train to achieve the mating design between high-speed train and running environment. However, the design space of suspension parameters of high speed trains is too large based on expert experience, which makes it difficult to optimization. This paper research on suspension parameter of high speed train design space reduction method in order to improve the design efficiency and effect, so it will be full of important research significance and application value.This paper focuses on research the high-speed train suspension design space reduction strategy and how to apply on the design of high speed train on the operation environment First of all, study a set of design space of suspension parameters reduction strategy. Eliminate the Small impact parameters of suspension dynamics performance to cut down the design space dimension by partial least squares method based on the initial design space. Mapping the dynamic simulation of the parameters set of self organizing mapping method to reduce the range of the design space. Then, Analys the demand of the high-speed train running environment based on the characteristics of natural environment, and study the influence from the rail and natural environment on the dynamic performance of high-speed train, thus under different operation conditions, the dynamic response is not the same.Finally, take the two typical environment high temperature and level of track irregularity amplitude increase by rail condition change as examples, use the method and system to reduce the high speed train suspension parameter design space, to obtain the satisfactory design space, realize the optimization matching of high-speed train and the typical operating environment, and also proves the correctness and feasibility of this method.
