The runner is the core component of hydraulic turbine runner, blade is the "heart", the leaf structure is more complex, processing more difficult, the processing quality is directly related to the quality of the water is converted to electrical energy efficiency. "The introduction, digestion, absorption, re innovation" has been proved to be an effective way to the rapid development of new products. To master the use of this new technology, the fastest method, the most effective is the reverse engineering technology. It is not only a simple surface replication, it is the two innovation of deep, solid model of reverse obtained can not only provide a reference for hydraulic turbine repair work, can also be used for subsequent work leaves of five axis NC machining simulation. Grinding blade manufacturing process of the traditional manual shovel, can’t guarantee the quality of the blade manufacturing. At present, turbine blade manufacturing in blade NC machining is still used to verify and modify the trial machining process, the machining efficiency is low, cost is high, and do the computer simulation of the real process dynamic display and test cutting, undercut, collision simulation of NC machining technology, is the most effective method to solve the this kind of problem.In this paper, the blades of Francis turbine enterprise actual production as the basis, focus on the blade reverse and five axis NC simulation machining technology, the main work includes:data acquisition of leaf blade; UG reverse based on rapid prototyping; leaf blade NC machining technology; research; research on post processing technology of five axis NC machining simulation; UGCAM and VERICUT leaves based on.The reverse and Simulation of NC, exploration of Francis Turbine Blade Based on UG, VERICUT and other software to realize cutting simulation and machine movement simulation reverse and processing. Turbine blade reverse and five axis NC machining simulation is the leaf mapping in the virtual manufacturing, is the hydraulic turbine manufacturing enterprises an important way to adapt the fast market. It not only ensures the rapid establishment of 3D model, and NC Machining Simulation on the blade on the basis of 3D model based on virtual manufacturing environment. Through the processing simulation not only validates the correctness of the program, to avoid the processing equipment and the blade and fixture of interference, and improve the productivity, reduce the production cost. This project has been staged successfully verified in cooperation with Yongding Jinfengturbine factory, and will "won silver award 6.18 Hercynian cross-strait staff innovation achievements exhibition" in China in the trading results of projects, in the city of Longyan "11.18 staff innovation achievements exhibition" and won the silver medal.
