The flue gas turbine is with flue gas as fluid in the flue gas energy into mechanical energy of the machine,the mechanical energy through the spindle drive motor generator,can complete energy recovery.The flue gas turbine in long-term high temperature,high speed and high corrosion state,lead to the cause of fault.The reliability of gas turbine blade blade directly affects the motivation the generation efficiency of the equipment.The research of gas turbine dynamic blade machining program,its economic significance and value is obvious,is of great significance to improve product performance and production scale.The complex surface parts in aerospace,has a very wide application in the field of mold manufacturing industry,machining technology level also reflects the As a country or enterprise in the field of CNC technology,as the most important processing method of complex parts,the five axis NC machining technology has attracted much attention.The rotor blade gas turbine is a continuous and smooth surface,the free surface ranging from multiple variable cross section distortion in space and the cross section of each blade point for spatial discrete points.This paper studies the NURBS curve modeling of blade modeling method,discrete surface method based on leaf de Boer type of data,and generate the STL file for blade design and machining programming.Research on modern reverse engineering modeling,error of the three coordinate measuring machine using the angle measuring head in measurement of gas turbine and the uncertainty analysis,can be used for measuring and reverse engineering modeling of unknown blade or workpiece the Error compensation and uncertainty.According to the MAZAK Integrex 200-type machine tool of blade NC machining process,it is suitable for YL of flue gas turbine rotor blade NC machining theory,the use of Solid CAM for NC programming and post processing,and simulate the process of processing code,after processing to adjust the parameters of simulation programming,finally can be used for processing G code.Finally,after processing,the YL type gas turbine rotor blade processing scheme is obtained.
