With the rapid development of industry, the amount of oil and other resources have a sharp increase, it is resulting the formation of fog and haze range in many large cities, part of the city’s atmospheric fine particulate matter(PM2.5) exceeded 2.34 times the average, forcing people more and more attention to environmental protection and resource conservation. Battery power as a clean green energy, has served as a very important role in the various countries of transport and other electronic devices. While many manufacturers are in the Trademark battery can be used for decades, but due to the battery charge and discharge process is a relatively complex electrochemical reaction in the actual use of the process, the actual life of these batteries is less than half the length of its description. With the large increase in electric vehicles on electric car battery lead ion concentration within the real-time detection and research, is an important way to improve battery life, it is not only able to detect the battery overcharge and over-discharge, and for electric vehicles play in the process of moving an important role in the oil table.The issue to study abroad in recent years, the proportion of battery electrolyte methods were compared and analyzed separately, and finally absorbing from its essence, tick its dregs, found within the lead-acid batteries can be measured by the corrosion of lead ions in the fiber Bragg grating concentration changes to determine its remaining capacity. So to FBG as an experimental tool to make a single-ended optical fiber corrosion sensors to lead-acid batteries as experimental subjects, done a lot of experiments, and finally prove that this method is effective and feasible. Depending on the needs of the experiment, the main job as follows: first, study the basic working principle of lead-acid batteries, charge and discharge characteristics, battery capacity, and some influencing factors; next, Fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensing principle of refraction compared thorough research; understand the principles and procedures FBG corrosion for corrosion test are well prepared; be measured by the sensor unit required corrosion tests impact and eliminate temperature on the measured signal; finally, A lot of lead-acid battery charging and discharging experiments, recording and analysis of experimental data to determine the method of measuring the concentration of lead ions in the battery is feasible, and can be used to detect the concentration of lead ions in the remaining capacity of the battery.
