On the basis of the design input for the structure design of traction bushing and axle box bushing, through the finite element analysis and calculation, and the reference of previous development of typical rubber elastic component, product design scheme was proposed, and the trial production and test.After the trial production and test of part, TMT performed a series of type test for these two rubber elastic components of HXD2 locomotive, and the test results 11 eet the technology parameters of dynamics and fatigue requiements of Datong Company.After through trial production to meet the product performance of static stiffness, the full set of type testing of two kinds of rubber elastic element are tested, the results can satisfy the requirements of the technical input, get the customer recognition.The HXD2 locomotive vehicle by 20000 t traction test running out formally in daqin line, shows the overloaded traction superior performance. However, because of working condition of bad situation and product loading condition considering the insufficiency, there were some problems on the two key rubber elastic element in using after a period of time, through the analysis of the actual working condition of the international, the optimized structure, improved the reliability of the product.From the development of the HXD2 locomotive bogie with rubber elastic element, accumulated valuable experience, for the subsequent development of new products has laid a sold foundation.
