As an important pillar industry of our country,the construction industry has an important contribution to promote China’s economic and social development, but it is also one of the high-risk industries in our country. For a long time, death threats of construction workers is generally higher than other industries. China’s large population, land resources are relatively nervous, the construction of a high-rise building in improvement of the utilization efficiency of land resources, mining cities internal potential, improving people’s living quality, improving traffic conditions and so on is of great significance. However, the number of high-rise building construction safety accidents accounted for the proportion of the whole construction accident has been highly for a long time, these accidents, make people’s life and property suffered huge losses, and strengthen the high-rise building construction safety management is imperative.In recent years, the building information modeling(BIM) technology rapidly developed in the construction industry in our country, the promotion and application of it, which is beneficial to improve the management pattern in the field of construction, and promote the technological innovation in this industry. BIM in building collaborative design, construction management, cost management, operations management, and other fields has been widely implemented and application. BIM has a significant advantage is that can be found as early as possible and help project managers to solve technical problems the construction process may encounter and different professional work coordination problems.In the construction of high-rise building hazards identification, on the basis of dynamic construction simulation based on BIM and safety inspection, safety education training, safety construction plan optimization, implements the BIM technology and the combination of high-rise building construction safety management research, established the model of high-rise building construction safety management based on BIM. Finally, based on a specific project case, the model is of a specific application.Research results of this study has an important theoretical and practical significance of improving the level of the high-rise building construction safety management, reducing the incidence of accidents, ensuring the security of life health of construction workers, and reducing the loss of enterprises, and improve the social benefit of enterprises.
