With the population increasing in the cities of our country, Urban Land Resource isbecoming more and more precious, High-rise housing construction project appears and isdeveloping rapidly. Due to the high-rise housing construction project has the feature of toomuch floors, complicated process, high technical required, great work amount, longconstruction cycle, big investment, in the course of its construction there will be largenumbers of risk, big types of risk, complicated relationship between each other, besides, theyare all in the development progress, thus, lots of safe accidents happened. To assure the safetyof the high-rise housing construction, reduce the personal injury and property losing of ourcountry, it is necessity to study the security risk management of the high-rise housingconstruction, combining the theory and the method of safety management and riskmanagement.This paper apply the basic principles of the security management theory and the riskmanagement theory, in asslution to the high-rise housing construction characteristics of thecomplicated process, high technical required, large numbers of the work amount, longconstruction cycle and so on, deeply researched the security risk management progress of thehigh-rise housing construction, and get the following aspects research results:(1)Though the security risk management to the high-rise housing construction, ascertainthe main safety accident kind in its construction progress are fall accident from high place,object strike, mechanical injury, collapse, electric shock, fire disaster, altogether sixcategories;Go about from the complicated system which is constituted with people,mechanical equipment,material, The construction methods&techniques, environment andmanagement. Make out the specifically risks which influence the security of the high-risehousing construction, and issued the targeted the questionnaire of identification safety risk ofthe high-rise housing construction, finally,make up the safety risk table of the high-risehousing construction, on the deeply research of the risk source of themDn-mechanical-material-method-environment-mDnDJHmHn[V`V[Hm.(2)Based on the list of the high-rise housing construction project construction safety,the safety risk management evaluation index system of the high-rise housing constructionproject construction safety, which is consisted by the safety risk management general goal,level two, level three index, is built. By the contrast analysis of the characteristics andapplication scope of various quantitative and qualitative evaluation method, Greymulti-hierarchical comprehensive evaluation, combined by Analytic Hierarchy Process and multi-hierarchical comprehensive evaluation, is used to design the safety risk managementevaluation mode of the construction site.(3)Put the builded construction safety risk management evaluation index system and theevaluation model into the use of the specifically high-rise housing construction project, makesure the influence degree of each level index weight and secondary index in the evaluationsystem to the project safety, through issued the questionnaire to the experts and scholars in therelated fields. On the basis of practice survey data and multilevel Grey comprehensiveevaluation theory, get the safety risk management result of the practice construction projectthrough computation. On the basis of Analysis and evaluation results, put forward the specificcounter plan of enhancing high-rise housing construction safety risk management level,provide the practice basis for the practical workers.
