Our country is in the period of rapid urbanization,the speedy urbanization makes original land circumstances changed dramatically.With rapid expansion of impervious surface, destroyed the ability of natural drainage system to cope with the stormwater.Coupled with deficient constitution of the city traditional drainage system,lead to many cities confronted with severely stormwater and pollution problems under the background of global climate change.Park should have great potential of stormwater management as the largest green ecological system in urban built-up area.But at present the park in our country is generally lack of the ability of stormwater management.In the early 1970 s,some developed countries have begun to research on urban stormwater problems,it will have vital practical significance to study and introduce advanced stormwater management idea and technology to alleviate stormwater problems and explore sustainable stormwater management method that suited to cities development in our country.As a kind of innovation comprehensive stormwater management strategy and sustainable landscape method, Low Impact Develop-ment(LID) has obvious advantages under the background of the sponge city construction.Through resonable planning and design method that can control the runoff in the source effectively,and the park is the main carrier.At first, the dissertation analyzes the severe stormwater problems in China and its causes, and points out the main problems existing in the urban park on stormwater management. Then research the theory and practice cases related to the sustainable stormwater management through literature review and summary, result in the expansive trend to urban green space is undoubted during the process of sustainable stormwater management system construction. While the construction of active storm water management function of the park in one of the key, so we should bring storm water management into design basic part. The dissertation takes LID as the main theoretical support, focusing on the urban park stormwater landscape design method,explain the design principle, goal, procedure, process and main content in detail, put forward the method on urban park stormwater design based on LID. In the end, describe the specific method of operation based on the site situation in detail through a practice case.By the way of research on stormwater management system design method in urban park, expand the stormwater method in landscape design, expected to provide theoretical support for the application of LID in urban park design. To make the urban park assume the important ecological function, except for leisure, recreation and landscape role. In a conclusion, strengthen the city’s vitality and alleviate the serious stormwater problem of urban area.
