Traffic construction in China in recent years, rapid development of tunnel engineering construction investment increasing, but in the process of tunnel construction, the geological condition is complicated, can cause a variety of geological disasters in the process of tunnel excavation, the concealment and complexity and sudden, all kinds of bad geological disasters can lead to many engineering accidents.Through the tunnel monitoring measurement and advance geological forecast in the literature research, this paper briefly introduces the tunnel monitoring measurement shall be measured in the project and the project selected test data acquisition of the required equipment and method, and some methods of advance geological forecast for tunnel are introduced.Based on the third-party Zhuanghe tunnel monitoring measurement project as the backing, in Zhuanghe tunnel construction in the process of implementation of the monitoring measurement, the project will test the vault subsidence measurement, headroom convergence measurement and shallow buried the surface settlement measurement. Select Zhuanghe ZK1 +120 break of the left line of tunnel face measured data regression analysis using the EXCEL of the regression curve, and use the regression curve similar to the tunnel surrounding rock after excavation stability time and ultimately to predict the displacement value, determine the time of secondary lining is applied, can better guide the tunnel safety construction.This article detailed introduces the TST method and MALA geological ground penetrating radar method the principle of advance geological forecast, data collection, data processing and its application in Zhuanghe advance geological forecast in tunnel. TST method of weak structural belt, fault, karst cave and fracture zone adverse geological forecast effect is better; MALA geological ground penetrating radar method for geological body of dielectric constant and conductivity differences reflect sensitive, more accurate detection and prediction of rich water segment of the surrounding rock and the broken surrounding rock in front of the position.Zhuanghe tunnel advance geological forecast in the long distance method (TST) and short distance geological ground penetrating radar method (MALA) combined forecast method, using the advanced geological forecast data processing after comparing the results with the actual tunnel excavation results, advance geological forecast in tunnel construction process the results and the actual excavation results are basically identical, and for the tunnel of the left line ZK1+195~ZK1+240 geological exploration data.
