The level of social economy and science technology keep improving tody, material life demand of people keep increasing, high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings is goning to lead the development trend, and the reinforced concrete shear wall structure as the component to resist lateral force in high-rise buildings can effectively reduce the lateral displacement of the structure, improving the seismic performance of structures,using in the hing-rise building widely. Scholars at home and abroad study in the forced and deformation characteristics of the shear wall and put some different shear wall model forward, all the models have advantages and limitations, needed further research to perfect.The earthquake damage phenomenon has happened and experiment show that the reinforced concrete shear wall structure can reduce the lateral displacement under the action of earthquake effectively, stiffness and ductility performance is excellent so the reinforced concrete shear wall seismic response under seismic action has caused public concern widely. General nonlinear analysis method is divided into two categories, static nonlinear and dynamic nonlinear method and the static nonlinear analysis methods due to the limitations of itself, is not used widely. Elastic-plastic time history analysis method can reflect the instantaneous change on the structural characteristics due to the earthquake effect, it can give a relatively comprehensive assessment of the structure, becoming a standard advice for seismic design. Stiffness matrix in the process of calculating keep changing in general dynamic method, needing iterative calculation constantly, and hard to convergence. Force Analogy Method is a dynamic nonlinear time history analysis method based on the plastic mechanism model system, through the establishment of the relationship of local plastic mechanism between the structure displacement and restoring force structure for nonlinear computation, giveing the instantaneous changes of the structure nonlinear characteristics under earthquake excitation.The whole stiffness matrix keeps constant in the process of calculation, it is more stable and has a higher computational efficiency compared with the traditional variable stiffness calculation method of the dynamic nonlinear.This paper gives a brief overview of the development status of the shear wall calculation model tody, combined the existing macroscopic shear wall element model with the existing research results of FAM theory, puting forward the shear wall macro unit model nonlinear model under the framework of FAM theory. The deductive process of the model is given and the numerical comparisons with four different shear span ratio of shear wall test have been carried out to verify the model. The static and quasi-static calculation method and the related numerical example is given. Finally, Using the MATLAB software platform for the independent development of the code, the nonlinear analysis of the reinforced concrete frame shear wall model is implemented and analysis result is detailed expounded.
