| At present, the climate change and environmental problems caused by global energy have caught the attention of many countries. In order to solve the problem of energy and environment with economic development, building energy-saving measures have been vigorously promoted in china. Many business corporations have heeded the call to carry out the energy conservation and emissions reduction work. The energy conservation of new buildings has been implemented in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. However, it is meaningful and valuable to study the building energy efficiency retrofit, especially those high energy consumption construction with aging equipments.In this study, the data of some hotel building was detected and collected in advance to analyze the energy conservation potential and energy saving points. In order to study the building envelope structure, air conditioning systems and lighting equipment, the building was modeled by eQUEST. According to the collected data, the model was corrected and the corrected energy consumption within the margin of error could represent the actual operating condition of the building.After the analysis of the energy conservation potential and energy saving points in corrected model, the reconstruction scheme was made focused on building envelope structure, air conditioning systems and lighting equipment. After the climatic feature, the colding and heatingsource using status in shanghai and the enablement of energy efficiency retrofit were studied,modular maglev centrifugal chillers with gas vacuum hot water boiler was chose as the colding and heating source. The adaptability of colding and heating source in shanghai, the operability of transformed sites and the economy of cost recovery were considered and 364.52 t standard coal was saved with the energy-saving rate of 20%.The modification of lighting equipment was focused on the replacement of lighting source and 184.27 t standard coal was saved with the energy-saving rate of 41.7% after modification. According to the reconstruction scheme of outer wall, outer window and roof, the best air condition energy-saving rate were 3.742% 、 12.18% 、 4.70%, respectively. After the economic analysis of reconstruction scheme, the period of cost recovery was 2.5 yearsIn addition, according to the score points about building reconstruction in LEED standard authentications, both Indoor Environmental Quality and Energy and Atmosphere get a point in energy efficiency retrofit. It provided the reference for building green development. |
