The Research On Industrial Injury Prevention System Of Construction Industry Of Migrant Workers Of Dalian

With the speeding up of urbanization in our country, more and more migrant workers serviced the construction industry, mainly engaged in bitter, tired, dirty, dangerous occupation. Although China’s industrial injury insurance system has made certain progress, to a certain extent, safeguard the rights of migrant workers, but China’s industrial injury insurance system is based on three parts of the industrial injury prevention, rehabilitation, compensation.There are the existence of "heavy compensation, light prevention "and other problems in the implementation of the system. However, the industrial injury prevention,as an important part of the industrial injury insurance system,pay attention to the control of occupational accidents in the first place, is the universal implementation of the concept of positive nternational industrial injury. The problem need to be solved by our country the industrial injury insurance system. How to improve our country’s migrant workers industrial injury prevention system, especially the migrant workers in the construction industry, has become the starting point of this research.First,this article elaborated on China’s industrial injury prevention research background and research significance, and the concept of industrial injury, industrial injury insurance, industrial injury prevention and migrant workers are defined. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature comparison, describe the importance of the construction of migrant workers in industrial injury prevention system. Secondly, on the base of consulting relevant literature,the auther selected 6 different levels of construction enterprises,Dalian. By using the method of judgment sampling and quota sampling, the auther selected a random sample of 50 migrant workers and 20 management staff conducted a questionnaire survey in each enterprise. To understand the cognitive degree of migrant workers industrial injury prevention,the situation of enterprise industrial injury prevention and injury prevention needs. The auther analysised the existing problems and the causes of rural migrant workers in construction industry based on it. Finally, put forward to improve migrant workers industrial injury prevention system of construction industry’s proposal.Through the system research and analysis,author put forward the following suggestions in the construction industry migrant workers industrial injury prevention system construction. First, play the government’s dominance in injury prevention fully,improve the existing industrial laws and regulations,establish a complete industrial injury prevention legal system, establish effective injury prevention mechanism of rewards and punishments, perfecting the industrial injury prevention administrative system, the coordination of the function between industrial injury insurance administrative departments and the department of safety supervision. Secondly, create an environment of health and safety of inductrial injury prevention,the high risk industry as the focus of the migrant workers industrial injury prevention. establish the mechanism of injury prevention,education, training; improve the working environment, cultivation of safety culture of the social environment; with the help of media, strengthen the safety awareness; Finally, establish and improve the inductrial injury prevention system and the system, to increase the capital investment and technology development of injury prevention; attach importance to the role of non-governmental organizations of power; the establishment of industrial injury information analysis and processing system.
