Research On Evaluation Ofimplementation Effect Of Migrant Workers' Injury Insurance In Construction Industry In Jiangxi Province

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to strengthen the construction of social security system,perfect the system of industrial injury insurance,and set up a social assistance system as a whole between urban and rural areas.Migrant workers in construction industry,as the backbone of urban construction in China,have contributed to the economic prosperity and social stability of our country.However,in the process of implementing the industrial injury insurance system of this group,there are still some problems,such as the difficulty of identifying labor relations and the frequent occurrence of industrial accidents,which can not guarantee the rights and interests of migrant workers at work injury in the construction industry.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the process of industrial injury insurance of migrant workers in construction industry by qualitative and quantitative research methods,and to find out the problems existing in the process of implementation of industrial injury insurance.In order to improve the industrial injury insurance system of migrant workers in construction industry,effective suggestions are put forward.Firstly,this paper introduces the core concepts of migrant workers in construction industry,industrial injury insurance and so on,combs the theory of customer satisfaction,the new public service theory and its application in this paper.On this basis,the general situation of construction industry in Jiangxi Province,the industrial accidents in construction industry of Jiangxi Province in recent two years,and the industrial injury insurance system of construction industry in Jiangxi Province are summarized.Then,in the form of a questionnaire survey,from the basic situation of the object of investigation,the purchase of industrial injury insurance,the situation of safeguarding rights,the way of compensation for industrial injury,and the performance of compensation for industrial injury,Government supervision and other aspects of Jiangxi construction industrial injury insurance for migrant workers to investigate the status quo.Then,the fund raising was selected and the operation was carried out.The evaluation indexes of the effect of industrial injury insurance for migrant workers in construction industry,such as payment of benefits,industrial injury insurance system and government support,are combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This paper evaluates the effect of industrial injury insurance for construction migrant workers in Jiangxi province.Then,the implementation of the lowest evaluation of the effect of the payment of treatment,industrial injury insurance system,government support from the three aspects of analysis,and from the government functions,construction enterprises,government policies,Individual migrant workers and other aspects of analysis of the implementation of the results of the low degree of satisfaction.Finally,in order to improvethe real time satisfaction of industrial injury insurance for construction migrant workers in Jiangxi Province,the author puts forward some practical suggestions.Operational countermeasures and suggestions.Based on customer satisfaction theory,new public service theory and field investigation,this paper finds out the shortcomings and reasons of industrial injury insurance of migrant workers in construction industry by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.And put forward improvement measures.From theory to practice,then back to the theoretical research and exploration,hoping to provide an effective reference and reference for the construction industry of Jiangxi Province migrant workers injury insurance.
