Research On The Transformation Of Migrant Workers In The Construction Industry Under The Prefabricated Construction System

With the emergence of prefabricated buildings,industrialization has replaced the traditional way of construction,and the construction labor force has a new labor group,that is,construction industry workers.On the one hand,prefabricated building promotes the transformation of migrant workers to industrial workers,on the other hand,it effectively solves the problem of labor shortage in the construction industry,but compared with the rapid development of prefabricated building,the reserve of industrial workers is not optimistic.There are many problems in the traditional construction of migrant workers,such as the small supply of migrant workers,the increasing aging problem,the weak willingness of individual initiative transformation,the uneven level of labor management,the large mobility of personnel,and the low professionalism of migrant workers,which lead to many difficulties in the transformation of traditional construction of migrant workers to industrial workers,and then lead to the serious reserve of industrial workers Insufficient.At the same time,the state has no specific path measures to promote the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry.Therefore,in order to solve the current problems of large demand gap of industrial workers and difficulties in the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry,the research on the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry is of great significance and research value in the context of industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper discusses the supply situation of the traditional construction migrant workers,analyzes the reasons for the shortage of the number and structure of the construction migrant workers at this stage,and on this basis,analyzes the transformation status of the construction migrant workers and the transformation obstacles mechanism.Based on this premise,from the macro and micro perspective,combining theoretical research and empirical analysis,this paper discusses the influencing factors of the transformation of traditional construction migrant workers to industrial workers and the significance analysis of their transformation willingness,and combined with the transformation status and influencing factors,finally puts forward the solutions and suggestions to promote the transformation of construction migrant workers.Through the research on the transformation factors of traditional construction migrant workers to industrial workers,based on the questionnaire interview and factor analysis,several key factors influencing the transformation of construction migrant workers to industrial workers are obtained;through the empirical research on the transformation willingness of construction migrant workers,age,wages,wage payment,education level of migrant workers,contract signing and their transformation are discussed Finally,based on the conclusion of empirical research,the paper puts forwardspecific countermeasures to help migrant workers in the construction industry to effectively transform into industrial workers.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire survey,SPSS factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are used to analyze the status quo,theoretical basis and empirical research of the transformation,as well as the transformation factors.Based on the transformation status and transformation factors,this paper puts forward countermeasures and safeguard measures to promote the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry to industrial workers,so as to speed up the industrialization process of migrant workers in the construction industry,make up for the lack of technical talents of workers in the assembly construction industry,and provide some theoretical and policy suggestions for the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry in the future.
