With the development of the mixed concrete trade developement and high efficiency, high quality and high benefit of construction, effectively promoted the use of performance and technical level of concrete mixing equipment, and developed to the high efficiency and energy saving. The core components of mixing equipment is the concrete mixer, which play a key role in reducing energy consumption and improving the efficiency of the equipment. As the key factors of the concrete performance, stirring device is highly attention as studying on Optimization.First,through the research in some of the common types of stirring device and measurement data of Current and energy consumption in concrete production field, to get mixing time of different types of mixing device in different working conditions. Which provide base data support for the design of the high-effect concrete mixer.Secondly, different mixing type tests have been carried out the special design, production, Ann and mixing experiment, the results of mixing experiment summary analysis, Which provides experimental data support for the design of the high-effect concrete mixer.Thirdly, fluid simulation using fluent software to analyze different mixing type and get flow speed and turbulence intensity in different cross section.speed and turbulence intensity cloud image, reflect the mixing flow field velocity cloud material movement velocity and flow direction, and the intensity of turbulence is reflecting fluid flow, the degree of a physical quantity, by contrast, both have different mixing flow field analysis of the contrast results, Which provides theoretical data support for the design of the high-effect concrete mixer.Lastly,according to the test analysis and fluid dynamics analysis, key mixing parameters optimization, innovation mixing plant structure, research and development of new type mixing device, modeling analysis, and respectively 0.1 m3 test prototype and 2 m test prototype mixing experiment was carried out; Based on fluid mechanics analysis results and stirring test results contrast, verify efficient mixing console the technical features of high efficiency and low energy consumption.
