Construction of asphalt pavement is a big project, under the background of resources and energy shortage, energy saving and emissions reduction caused widespread attention. In the presence of different types of asphalt mixing energy consumption and emissions of road construction differences, there are lack of quantitative analysis and evaluation systems,energy conservation research direction of clarity in road-building. Therefore, according to the method of mixing different pavement construction process in energy reduction measures of quantitative research and application, improving energy efficiency and strengthen environmental protection is important.Survey mix from raw materials to every aspect of construction, analysis of the various aspects of production equipment and technology. For the type and fuel consumption. and emissions factors are analyzed, basing on the carbon surface emission default emission factors quantitative methods. Establish energy calculation model based on the characteristics of each stage of the road construction, use of plus principle to establish the total energy consumption and carbon emissions calculation model. For instance of hot mix asphalt energy model calculations found that the raw material production stage is the largest proportion of energy consumption in the whole process. So in the asphalt mixture mixing raw materials to produce the type of comparison can not be ignored.The road construction is presented based on the axiomatic design theory. The analysis proposed road construction energy conservation research interests include machinery group optimization and application of low-carbon energy road construction materials. Research presented to the asphalt road construction machinery group of core equipment by mix construction temperature of key indicators. The paver performance parameters optimized can get better energy saving effect. Indoor experimental study of a modified resins binder mixture of cold mix road performance, and the cold mix asphalt can be achieved mixture road performance standards by high temperature, low temperature, compressive strength.Contrasting with hot mix asphalt pavement, it can reduce energy consumption by 26%.
