Grouting is the main technical means of controlling underground water disasters and reinforcing the soft and weak rock. The performance of grouting pump affects the process and quality of the grouting project. Piston pump and pneumatic diaphragm pump are the most widely used in the field of grouting. The piston pump can be divided into single cylinder and multi cylinder, and it always has a big pump body. What is more, the piston pump is easy to fail, and it is difficult to be repaired or disassembled. The piston pump also has a big output pulse, which is easy to cause the second damage to the soft rock. It has a big grouting pressure, however it is inefficient. For pneumatic diaphragm pump, the matching equipment, air compressor, has a large volume, and the system integration of the pump is low, so it is not suitable for the complex underground environmental. The pneumatic diaphragm pump makes big noise and pulse, so it is also easy to cause the second damage to the soft rock. The existing piston pump compared with vane pump has a small pulse, but small grouting pressure. It is also difficult to be repaired or disassembled, so it is not suitable for grouting.This paper puts forward the design scheme of a new extrusion type eccentric rotor grouting pump, according to the defects of existing grouting pumps at home and abroad.We have carried on the related processing molding experiments, and get the following conclusion:(1) According to the defects of existing grouting pumps at home and abroad, such as the large flow and high pressure can’t coexist, this paper introduces the new designed extrusion type eccentric rotor grouting pump, which has high pressure and big flow.(2)The existing high-pressure grouting pumps cannot provide small pulse.The new designed grouting pump in this paper uses extrusion type eccentric rotor as drive structure, and its output pressure is high enough.The continuous serum output greatly reduces the grouting pulse.(3)The existing grouting pumps are heavy and easily damaged.The new extrusion type eccentric rotor grouting pump has the advantages of small volume, simple structure, conveniently disassembly and maintenance.(4)According to the demand, we have designed a manual grouting pump which is suitable for osmotic grouting, and conducted the grouting test successfully. We have conducted a series of low pressure, slow seepage grouting experiments with the manual extrusion eccentric rotor pump, and we get the slurry slow diffusion mechanism aimed at grouting in sand stratum considering the gravity. In these experiments, we have drawn the following conclusions:(1)The influence factors of slow permeation grouting in porous medium includes gravity, types and graduation of medium, types, water cement ratio, grouting rate and pressure of grouting materials,etc. We have done research on the influences of related factors on the slurry diffusion.(2)Under the effects of gravity and low grouting pressure, the diffusion regularity of slurry infiltration in the porous medium is the coexistence of spherical diffusion and strips penetrate plasma pulse.(3)Considering the gravity of spherical diffusion mechanism in the low pressure, slow seepage grouting can be outspread, according to the classical theory of spherical diffusion need a mathematical model for the spread of the original need to be revised, puts forward the correction coefficient "Y".(4) According to the multiple regression analysis we are able to get the coefficient correction "Y" of the spherical diffusion of seepage-grouting with low-pressure and slow-grouting:"Y= 9817.5·X1 2.371·X2 1.45·X3 1.939-4πkh’r0/R"...
