With the development of society and economy,bridges, highways,railways, tunnels and mine constructions is constructed more and more,but different buildings often need be grouted when it in construction or repair, and the slurry transported to the designated position is achieved by grouting equipment. This article conducts the research of a double liquid grouting pump. Hydrodynamic injection pump is a main direction of the development of the grouting pump. The development of material industry makes the grouting material varieties appear diversification,so this grouting material will appear diversification in the choice, and two kinds of slurries in proportion will appear diversification, so it requires double liquid grouting pump that can transport different slurry for proportion. This thesis is based on fluid dynamic grouting pump for foundation, and the proportion can realize stepless adjustment for the premise condition in a certain range, and it is designed after the analysis of the working principle of the hydraulic pump. The main contents of the research include :(1)After the working principle of the injection pump is analyzed, I determine the composition structure of the hydraulic system, and design the parts playing a critical role in grouting pump, so that the whole grouting pump can realize proportion stepless when slurry in the practical grouting.(2) On the basis of observing the mechanical design handbook, the linear optimization design method being easy to used for the specific size determination of cylinder parts mixing device, the double liquid grouting pump is designed to meet the requirements in size and appearance.(3) A new mathematical modeling method has been used for the oil pump and the grouting cylinder(principle of electro-hydraulic similarity method) for mathematical modeling, which makes the hydraulic circuit complex into circuit simple, and it is convenient for the solution of the problem.(4) The modeling of grouting cylinder and mixing device are built in the hydraulic simulation software AMESim, and it is set the parameters to conduct dynamic simulation. Curves of slurry discharge amount and the grouting pressure are curved, and curves result similar in line with expectations, that double liquid grouting pump design is reasonable, and can meet the requirements.
