Grouting has become the main become the main technical means to solve the underground water inrush disasters and reinforce the weak rock stratum. It is widely used and generally accepted in mining, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, construction and many other industries. And the grouting equipment and grouting technology must will have great advances, which is more in line with the modernization construction process. Grouting pump as grouting engineering essential equipment mainly include the reciprocating plunger pump and piston pump, and there both exist problems like the output flow is poor, the flow coefficient is bigger, bulky, easy to damage, not easy to maintenance and so on. Taking into account the limitation of the old structure in reciprocating grouting pump, a new type of triangle rotor grouting pump was developed, and the corresponding test system of the pump was designed. In addition, In view of the present situation of grouting process control technology in the present stage, the real-time dynamic control technology is put forward according to the characteristic information of P-Q-t. The main research contents and results are as follows.(1)This paper introduces the new large flow triangle rotor pump, and introduces the main components of this pump and the advantages of its working principle. The maximum flow of this grouting pump will do 0-35m3/h, the flow uniformity coefficient range is 0.35 to 4.27. Performance parameters of this pump are similar to parameters of five cylinder reciprocating injection pump. The new pump could realize stepless adjustment and it could adapt to more complex working conditions because of its simple structure and convenient installation. This article had stress analysis to the key components of the eccentric shaft used by ANSYS and provides directions for how to improve the quality of the component.(2)A data acquisition and parameter analysis system is designed in this article. This test system accurately measures the grouting parameters of the pump and had detailed analysis to the volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency and other performance parameters according to the test parameters. This article introduces the analysis of the influence of three links on the pipeline slurry and obtained the optimal input and output parameters and enrich the connotation of resistance coefficient.(3) Based on the characteristics of mechanical properties, the influence mechanism of grouting pressure and the flow rate is studied. Considering stratum medium physical parameters dynamically in the process of grouting, the equivalent relationship between physical properties and resistance properties of the injected medium is established. Through the analysis of the dynamic mapping coupled grouting pressure, grouting flow and resistance characteristics of the parameters, a characterization mechanism of slurry diffusion reinforcement based on P-Q-t feature is proposed and further reveals the correspondence between the grouting process "implicit" diffusion strengthening mechanism features and "explicit" P-Q-t between features, so that the slurry diffusion Reinforcing of the "black box" issue is visualized through P-Q-t characteristics. In addition, combined with the relevant experimental and engineering data, the thesis puts forward five typical practical P-Q-t Characteristic conditions, finally established the real-time dynamic grouting control method based on P-Q-t characteristics and combined with the related engineering application were analyzed and verified.
