Design Study On The Product Of Refrigerator Based On User Behavior Analysis

Design determines the success or failure of the product in the market competition, more and more emphasis on the design from all walks of life.However,users is the standard of judgment the design success or failure. Therefore, the important impact of user requirement study on product design, determine the user requirements research must follow a scientific and systematic user requirement analysis process, understanding the user requirement deeply, to design the user satisfied products.The paper based on solving how to acquire reasonable, comprehensive user requirements and analyze it,in product design, and transform user requirements into product function.Firstly, collecting and sorting the theory of user requirement and user behavior and design method, integration user behavior analysis to user requirement analysis, proposed user requirement analysis process in refrigerator product design process.Secondly,analyze the user use refrigerator macro-requirement and user use refrigerator micro-requirement.Finally,transform user requirements into product function,so as to provide directions for refrigerator product design.In order to verify the feasibility of the research process in this paper.The end of the paper,in the case of a refrigerator users,conducted design practice,confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of the user requirement analysis process.User use the refrigerator macro-requirement study. Firstly, analysis the user lifestyle factors; Secondly, summarizes user lifestyle characteristics; Thirdly, analysis the user using behavior of the current refrigerator product; Finally, analysis the user lifestyle changes and the impact of user behavior of refrigerator. User use the refrigerator micro-requirement study, is that to find and dug user micro-requirement of the refrigerator products. The research includes the food in refrigerator storage information research; The user requirement list;The user requirement list clustering and priority analysis;The behavior analysis of the users storing food in refrigerator;User requirement transformation.The food in refrigerator storage information research, mainly analyzes the types of the food,food storage data,food storage features,and the user storing habit in refrigerator;Through the focus group and user interview,to obtain the user requirements list;The clustering analysis and priority analysis of the user requirement list, analyze the necessary user requirement category,the necessary requirements,and the unnecessary user requirement category,the unnecessary user requirements;The behavior analysis of the users storing food in refrigerator,is to analyze the reasons and user behavior features of the necessary user requirement;User requirement transformation,is based on the paper,transform the user requirements to the functions of the refrigerator products,and to guide the refrigerator products design.The proposed user requirement analysis process of refrigerator product design, integrated user behavior analysis,not only enrich the product design system,and effectively dig and understanding user requirement,and to guide the design practice.
