Aiming at problems in product configuration design under mass customization, such as semantically inconsistence to describe product requirement between customer and designer, product requirement information in lack of definite architecture and mapping relationship in itself etc., this dissertation makes research of enable requirement technologies including expression, interaction&mapping starting from the practice of product design in enterprise, and the applications of the above technologies are also proposed based on an actual project for enterprise.The main work of the dissertation is as follows:Chapter 1 presents the research background, analyzes the research status of enable requirement technologies in product configuration design, and expounds the main research content and architecture.Chapter 2 mainly made research of requirement expression technology in product configuration. Firstly, the multi-view and dynamic characteristic of customer requirement model is introduced. Moreover, with the introduction of ontology into requirement domain, the composition of requirement ontology is proposed, and the customer requirement model based on ontology is put forward as well as formalized in the schema of BNF. Finally, an example for expression of customer requirement ontology is given on basis of the ontology-to-XML conversion algorithm.Chapter 3 mainly made research of requirement interaction technology in product configuration. According to the sharable and reusable characteristics of ontology, a kind of customer requirement interaction model for MC configuration design is put forward on basis of Tabular Layouts of Article Characteristics, which described the mapping relationships among customer function requirement, parameters of product structure design and manufacturable model of product. Moreover, the process of requirement interaction is expounded respectively from two aspects of flow and behavior. Finally, the valuation of requirement interaction result is realized by using analytic hierarchy process.Chapter 4 mainly made research of requirement mapping technology in product configuration. With introduction of ontology into product configuration domain, the product configuration model based on ontology is established on the basis of configuration ontology presented beforel. Finally, according to the mapping rules between requirement ontology and product configuration ontology, the conversion from customer requirement model to product configuration model is realized.In 5th chapter, the application of GEMC-CRIS system is mainly presented on the basis of enable requirement technologies research above, which includes two subsystems: network marketing management subsystem & product configuration design management subsystem. The former have mainly realized the function of customer requirement expression and interaction. The latter mainly obtains the manufacturable product configuration model quickly so as to satisfy the need of mass customization.Finally, conclusions are given along with recommendations for future research in chapter 6...
