With the increasing requirements of the living environment of people,Residential landscape design is more and more concerned by people, People not only want to get aesthetic feast for the eyes, but also hope to get personalized enjoyment. The "people oriented" landscape design requires humanistic, and emphasizes the harmony between man and nature.At the same time, we must take into account the different needs of different cultural levels and different age stages of residents In the landscape design,so that we may create a beautiful environment, comfortable and pleasant living environment.First,the theory consist of investigation, analysis and sorting of the domestic and foreign residential landscape knowledge and development situation,and we can learn advanced design method and idea,so as to provide the preliminary analysis and reference to carry out the project.Then Linking theory with practice, analysis of the humanization,science and system of function structure, space transform, traffic organization, planting and other aspects of some typical cases. Through the study of these good practice, it can provide practical guidance for the project. Finally, under the guidance of the above theoretical knowledge and practice project, I need to complete the planning and design of the residential district, and to meet human needs of residents in the road traffic, landscape nodes, functional zoning, public facilities.Through this research and analysis, we can get a preliminary understanding of the domestic and foreign development status of residential landscape, learn foreign advanced theoretical knowledge, design methods and techniques at the same time. By analyzing the relationships between people’s psychological, behavior and living environment,and taking into account the actual needs of residents, point out the existence problems of the residential landscape design, and find out the solutions. In the outdoor public space of the residential area, different spatial combination of static and dynamic, open to residents, in order to create a desired motion space, leisure space,space to talk, space to sit, private space, open space of different space form and so on. In practice, I design the planning, traffic layout, entrance landscape, landscape sequence, landscape node, planting and other aspects in the "humanization" angles. In the design,I have always been to meet the needs of residents as the design objective, humanized care to the residents and respect for human nature as the starting point..At present, people want to have a beautiful environment, green, low carbon environmental protection and the humanization of high-quality residential landscape environment. In the residential landscape design, designers should be adhering to the "people-oriented" design concept, make full use of limited space to create the full of humane care,harmony between man and nature living environment.
