The Research Of The Five-sense Landscape In Tangshan Nanhu National Urban Wetland Park

Along with the construction of the city and the development of the society, people’s life style has great changes, the Internet and media make people’s life rhythm faster and faster, and it increases the economic pressure and mental stress. At this time, the park plays a more and more important role as a leisure place for people of emotion regulation and pressure relief and health. People want to be able to fully relax here. But many of the city parks tend to be more emphasis on the visual landscape effect and ignore other body sense of landscape requirements, which puts forward to new requirements to the parks, it not only need to satisfy the tourists experience of visual landscape, but also satisfy on the hearing, touching, smelling and tasting to make tourist satisfy with the better environment and meet the needs of tourists.Tangshan Nanhu park has a beautiful environment since it opened which was well received by the visitors. But the tourists demand is gradually changed with the passage of time. We summarized its successes both at home and abroad though analysis the classic case which based on the People-oriented Concept. We made an investigation of the five-sense landscapes in Tangshan Nanhu Park through the method of field research and interview survey, which was divided into five options: great satisfaction、satisfaction、general、dissatisfaction and very dissatisfaction. At the same time, we talked with people being investigated in order to be able to hear their views.Tangshan Nanhu park exists excessive visual effects, few tactile or acoustic effects, and scarce olfactory or gustatory of the landscapes through the analysis of survey data, which is insufficient to meet the demand of the tourists. To solve these problems, we analyzed the success of sensory class park at home and abroad, review of relevant literature, and we put forward that we should improve the effects of plants water bodies while weaken human effects on the construction of five-sense landscapes. We hope it can satisfy all the sensory demands of the tourists and truly realize the People-oriented designing concept.The Five-sense landscape design is the direction of the future landscape design. It not only plays a important role in the park, but also reflected in the design of landscape which related to the people, and build a kind of landscape environment to meet the sensory requirements of all the people.
