The wear and fracture of elevator traction rope which is an important elevator component will bring great risk for the use safe of elevators. As the mechanical properties of elevator traction rope and wear were researched, it provide the foundation to elevator installation and the design of elevator rope, and improve the life of the elevator rope, protect taking the elevator safety and economy of great significance. In this paper, a variety of methods, such as theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, experimental research and so on, are combined to make an in-depth exploration on the dynamic characteristics of elevator traction rope lifting process and mechanical properties and wear of elevator traction rope. Main works of this paper are as follows:1. Dynamics model of the lifting of elevator traction rope was constructed and numerical simulation was analyzed. The results show that elevator traction rope tension will mutate that the rope is easy to destruct when the acceleration direction changes. The elevator traction rope tension was analyzed with the terminal mass, velocity, acceleration variation during acceleration, uniform, deceleration in three stages. The Simulation data analysis showed that the elevator traction rope maximum tension fluctuations degree of influence was found in the whole lifting process of the elevator.2. A single strand of structure (19 wires) and the 8×19 structure of elevator traction rope was modeled and analyzed for mechanical. Axial stress and contact stress was analyzed. Elevator traction rope was split after stretching experiments to verify the correctness of the theory about the order of the wire contact stress.3. The axial stress and contact stress were analyzed with variation of parameters elevator rope structure (such as core wire radius, inner wire radius and twist pitch, outer wire radius and twist pitch, wire twist pitch of side shares) when single strand of elevator traction or elevator traction rope is subjected to axial loads.4. Numerical simulation results and mechanics analysis of elevator rope were combined, and the kinetic parameters of elevator traction rope were analyzed impact on the contact stress of wire at various stages (accelerated phase, uniform phase, deceleration phase). Bending stress is analyzed when elevator traction rope bypassed sheave, as well as the variation of the risk wire of each share in the case of different radius of the traction sheave.5. Orthogonal test is designed to test the traction sheave diameter, load power, frequency, corners of these four factors by using elevator wire rope fatigue testing machine that is homemade. Degree of influence and variation of the wear rate of the wire rope diameter which was impacted by these four factors were analyzed. And the linear regression equation of the wear rate is derived with these four factors.The elevator traction rope was researched by using theoretical, numerical simulation and experiment. The rope structure, lifting parameters, as well as other factors that affect the actual condition of the elevator traction rope were changed to improve strength and life of elevator traction rope, and development of high-speed elevator rope and elevator overall installation are provided the basis and foundation to carry out research. |
