In recent years,with the development of modern cities,the urban population is increasing,while the urban land is limited,which makes the development of high-rise buildings become necessary.The rapid development and use of high-rise buildings calling for the further develop of elevator toward high-speed direction.The demand of elevators,as a tall vertical transportation,towards the direction of high speed development.But the faster the speed of the elevator,the higher the altitude of elevator,its security requirements are also getting higher and higher.That is,the requirements for its safety components are getting higher and higher.Therefore,it is significant for study the elevator safety components.The main contents and achievements of this paper studied are as follows:1.An overview of the basic structure and working principle of the elevator,several security components involved in this thesis such as the structure and working principle of wire rope traction,brake,safety gear,buffer are analyzed.Aiming at the vibration problem of high speed elevator in the ascension process,the quality of steel wire rope is treated by Rayleigh method,obtained the differential equation of vibration acceleration and the wire rope tension in each stage of the car,built the motion model of elevator system,and the simulation analysis is carried out with the Matlab/Simulink module,obtained the tension value、the deformation of the end of the rope and the deformation speed curve of the end of the rope.2.Through analyze the physical model of the linear brake in GB7588-2003,based on the second law of Newton and the basic principle of rotary motion,established a physical model of rotary-linear brake,acquired the expression of the braking deceleration and braking distance,and through the quantitative analysis and MATLAB simulation analysis,obtained the change curves of the speed and braking distance.3.Analysis and research on the braking process of the safety clamp brake car,Through the principle of the Darren Bell to explain the process of the safety clamp braking car,with braking theory of safety clamp,obtained the change of the driving force under different conditions and the relationship between the braking distance and the speed、the deceleration.At the same time from the view of the installation considerations to analyze the importance of the correct installation of the safety clamp.4.Carried out the security check calculation of the selected buffer,analyzed the buffer process,established the system differential equations of the buffer process,And then the simulation analysis of the buffer process,get the impact force response curve and the free vibration curve of the system.Because more than 80% of the elevator failure occurs in control aspect,The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical guidance for the third party testing department,when the accident detection machinery safety components.
